# Efficient content extraction for diverse PDF files

Document Automation Server (DAS) Content Extraction has been tested on a diverse selection of PDF files as well as a range of hardware and operating systems. For more information, see [Technical Specification](https://www.aquaforest.com/products/kingfisher#techspec) documents.

In you face an issue, try to process the affected job (or files) with the **Debug** flag set to **Yes** (see [Job Definition](/guides/document-automation-server/content-extraction/kingfisher-user-interface/job-settings.md#job-definition)). This will produce additional information that may assist you in resolving the issue.

If you need additional help, contact our [support team](mailto:support@nutrient.io). It will help us if you include the log file (with the **Debug** flag set to **Yes**), condition file, and sample files that are causing the issue.
