# Where can I download the license key

The license key can be downloaded by the person who placed the order. A link to the relevant section of the website is located in your confirmation email.

The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to the [Orders Screen](https://buy.muhimbi.com/order/history). You may be asked to log-in.

2. Click **Get License Key** for the relevant order.

3. Click **Download** link.

4. After downloading the license key, you can forward it to others via email.

License keys cannot be re-assigned to different accounts. If you are not the person who placed the order, contact the person who did, or ask for the login credentials. If the password is not known, use the **Forgot password?** option on the [Sign in](https://buy.nutrient.io/login) page.

Once you download the license key, install it by following the corresponding guide under the Deployment section of [Knowledge base](/guides/document-converter/sharepoint/knowledge-base.md).

For Document Converter for SharePoint the license needs to be installed in two places. Follow the instructions in section 2.4 of the [Document Converter for SharePoint - Installation & Administration Guide](/downloads/pdf-converter---administration-guide.pdf) or the [setup instructions](/blog/muhimbi-pdf-converter-new-setup-experience/) in the blog post.
