# View usage details - In-tool or PDF export

The Diagnostics Tool is included with both [Document Converter for SharePoint On-Premises](https://www.nutrient.io/low-code/try/?product=document-converter&platform=sharepoint&deployment=on-premises) and Nutrient Document Converter Services (DCS). You can access the Diagnostics Tool from the Start Menu by navigating to Nutrient Document Converter -> Diagnostics Tool.

Starting with DCS version 12.2.0, the Diagnostics Tool includes a **Get PDF Report** button within the **Reports** tab to help you export your DCS usage reports as a PDF file. This release introduces the initial PDF report functionality, with more enhancements planned for future updates.

Click the **Reports** tab and specify an output file location to generate a PDF report. The generated report appears on the right side of the Diagnostics Tool interface. Click the **Get PDF Report** button to download the report to your local machine.![diagnostic-tool-pdf](@/assets/guides/document-converter-services/diagnostic-tool-pdf.png)

By default, the tool creates a yearly usage report for the current year. Most options on the usage report do not currently affect the PDF report output.

For example, to generate a report for a previous year:

- Check the **Start date** option.

To generate a usage report for a specific date range:

- Check the **Total**, **Start date**, and **End date** options.

- Enter the corresponding dates.
