No-code PDF conversion, OCR, redaction, form filling, and more." --- # Zapier integration This guide explains how to use Nutrient Document Web Services Processor API on [Zapier](https://zapier.com/apps/nutrient-dws-api/integrations). The integration enables you to automate document-related tasks such as PDF conversion, OCR, redaction, form filling, annotation, and extraction — without writing code. ## Prerequisites - A [DWS Processor API account](https://dashboard.nutrient.io/sign_up/?product=processor) - A [Zapier account](https://zapier.com/sign-up) - [An API key from the Nutrient DWS dashboard](https://dashboard.nutrient.io/processor-api/) ## Authentication 1. Log in to your [Nutrient DWS dashboard](https://dashboard.nutrient.io). 2. Navigate to [API keys](https://dashboard.nutrient.io/processor-api/) and copy your key. 3. In Zapier, search for [Nutrient Document Web Services API](https://zapier.com/apps/nutrient-dws-api/integrations) and select the app. 4. When prompted, paste your API key to authenticate. Once connected, you can use Nutrient as an action step in any Zap. ## Available actions The integration currently supports the following actions: - Convert to/from PDF (Office, images, HTML, URL) - Digitally sign PDFs - Redact or secure PDFs - Add watermarks or annotations - Extract text, tables, or key-value data - Fill PDF forms using JSON - OCR scanned PDFs - Merge, rotate, and manipulate PDF pages - Create fillable forms from JSON ## Zap templates Below is a list of prebuilt Zap templates.
