# Support

If you encounter any issues with DWS Viewer API, you can contact us for support. When sending a support request, make sure to include all relevant information, specifically:

- Your application ID.

- Any errors returned by DWS Viewer API or logged by Nutrient Web SDK.

- Any input files you’re using, and whether they’re DWS-managed documents or app-provided documents.

- An explanation of what the expected outcome should be.
