[`UIPopoverPresentationController`](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uipopoverpresentationcontroller) offers no public API for changing the size, and attempting to circumvent this limitation is discouraged by Apple because it usually breaks the popover presentation completely. Instead, Nutrient tries to determine the initial size of popovers — such as [`AnnotationStyleViewController`](https://www.nutrient.io/api/ios/documentation/pspdfkitui/annotationstyleviewcontroller) and [`NoteAnnotationViewController`](https://www.nutrient.io/api/ios/documentation/pspdfkitui/noteannotationviewcontroller) — as best as it can so that their size is most optimal at all times, even when their content changes.
