# Test your processes effectively with Run Request

As the Process Administrator, you can quickly run a test of your process by selecting the **Run Request** option in the top menu bar of the process that you are working on:![](@/assets/guides/workflow-automation/files/1371/run_req.1298x0-is.png)

When you use **Run Request (as long as the process is in development publish status)** all tasks and notifications will be assigned to you so you can ensure everything is running as expected in the process.
