# Take a tour

Nutrient Workflow includes interactive product tours that guide you through key features and help you learn how to navigate the interface. These tours provide step-by-step walkthroughs to help you get the most out of the platform.

## Accessing the tour

To start a tour at any time:

1. Click the **Help** (?) icon in the upper-right corner of the top navigation bar.

2. Select **Take a Tour** from the dropdown.

3. Choose which tour you’d like to take from the available options.

## Available tours

Currently available tours include only the introductory tour. Additional tours covering specific features and workflows will be added in future releases.

### Welcome to Nutrient Workflow tour

This introductory tour walks you through the essential features and navigation elements of Nutrient Workflow. It’s designed to help new users understand the platform and start working.

The tour covers:

- Top navigation bar and main menu options

- How to access your tasks and requests from the dashboard

- User profile settings and account management

- Help menu and support resources

## During the tour

While taking a tour:

- Follow the highlighted areas and on-screen instructions.

- Click **Next** to advance to the next step.

- Click **Previous** to go back to the previous step.

- Click **Skip** or the **X** icon to exit the tour at any time.

The tour will guide you through actual interface elements, helping you learn by viewing real examples.

## Retaking a tour

You can retake any tour as many times as you’d like. Access the help menu again and select **Take a Tour** to choose which tour to start.

Use tours to:

- Refresh your knowledge of specific features.

- Learn about new capabilities as they’re added.

- Help train new team members.

- Explore parts of the system you haven’t used before.

## New user experience

If your administrator has enabled the welcome dialog, new users will automatically see a prompt to take the introductory tour when they first log in. You can choose to start the tour immediately or skip it and access it later through the **Help** (?) icon.
