# Process workshop

Process workshops provide direct collaboration with a Nutrient Workflow expert to assist in the development or improvement of workflow processes. Workshops are designed to guide teams through the full lifecycle of process creation, including:

- **Discovery** — Reviewing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

- **Planning** — Outlining process requirements, stakeholders, and approval structures

- **Documentation** — Defining process flows, data capture points, and integrations

- **Deployment** — Assisting with setup, testing, and initial rollout within the Workflow Automation platform

Workshops can be conducted onsite or virtually, depending on team needs and project scope.
