# Education assistance request

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Workflow Automation instance. The downloadable JSON file is at the bottom of this page. This process was the winning entry in our user conference team building challenge. It was built by Spiros Swanson from [CyberCore Technologies](https://cybercoretech.com/) and Tammy Joyce from [Hooker Furniture](https://www.hookerfurniture.com/).

Using this process, students can request tuition assistance from a university. The process includes approvals, mentor selection, a tuition form, and a subprocess for the bursar’s office.
