# New hire request

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Workflow Automation instance. The downloadable JSON file is at the bottom of this page. For information on importing processes, refer to [this guide](https://www.nutrient.io/guides/workflow-automation/admin-guide/processes/process-importing.md).

A lot of customers use Workflow Automation to help with the new hire process, as well as onboarding new employees. This is a fairly typical example of how an automated new hire process can work.

There are two processes in the download below: the main process, and the background check request subprocess.
