# Create user

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Workflow Automation instance. The downloadable JSON file is at the bottom of this page. While it’s easy enough to simply go to the **Users** area of Workflow Automation and use the **Create a New User** tool, what if you want non-administrative users to be able to add users? This process allows admins to make it possible for managers and supervisors to add new users directly. In addition, the form can be customized to require only the important fields in the user’s profile, making the process much more streamlined.
