# Employee non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

Consult with your legal department prior to using this NDA process and form to ensure it meets your legal department’s standards. Nutrient accepts no legal responsibility for your use of this process and form.

This process provides a way to capture signatures on a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) form from employees and alert the relevant parties internally. It also provides an escalation to the employee’s manager if the NDA process is started and not completed.

Possible enhancements could include making this an external-facing process for vendors, partners, etc., or using custom tables and database queries to send to a group and check who has and hasn’t completed it.
