# Maintenance request

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Workflow Automation instance. The downloadable JSON file is at the bottom of this page. For information on importing processes, refer to [this guide](https://www.nutrient.io/guides/workflow-automation/admin-guide/processes/process-importing.md).

In this process, a request for maintenance is submitted for approval to the maintenance manager. If approved, a maintenance worker is assigned to handle the task. Once the task is complete, the assigned maintenance worker completes a recap form, which is included in the completion notification.
