# Product return request

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Workflow Automation instance. The downloadable JSON file is at the bottom of this page. This process app was part of our User Conference Team Building Challenge and was built by Lisa Wilson from [Hooker Furniture](https://www.hookerfurniture.com/) and Shahenaaz Sunderji from [Children’s Hospital][].

Using this process, customers can return items while providing complete tracking throughout the process, from inspection to refund/replacement.
