Width of the strip in TabBarColors.selectedTabColor drawn at the end edge of every unselected tab. Only drawn when the tabs touch, that is when tabSpacing is zero; 0.dp disables it.

The width a tab's title area never shrinks below. A tab with a close button is wider by NutrientTabBarDefaults.CloseButtonSize plus closeButtonPadding. Once the tabs no longer fit, the bar scrolls.
