The coordinator's items as a toolbar row: the ordered item list, re-grouped into row items and ⋮ menu entries by measured width (see NutrientToolbarLayout), dispatching to coordinator. NutrientMainToolbar's default actions.

Give it a NutrientToolbarScope.weight when it should take the width the other pieces leave.
