ToolbarPosition

enum ToolbarPosition : Enum<ToolbarPosition>

Logical position of a toolbar relative to its host container.

Uses START/END (not LEFT/RIGHT) so the layout is RTL-safe by construction — Compose flips Start/End automatically under androidx.compose.ui.unit.LayoutDirection.Rtl.

Pre-Phase 0 scaffolding (ADR-Toolbar-3).
