createNewPage

Adds a page to the document while document editing mode is active: asks the NewPageFactory (see setNewPageFactory) for the page, which by default shows the new page dialog, and appends it. Does nothing while document editing mode is not active. The document editing toolbar's "Add Page" item calls this.
