Form
Which model family enriches detected form fields, and therefore which flow runs. Explicit rather than inferred from the configured provider, so a self-hosted "Custom" endpoint that happens to run a general-purpose model isn't mistaken for the dedicated form-field model.

A stock cloud or general-purpose model. Fields are labeled via set-of-marks prompting: numbered boxes are drawn on the page image and the model names each one. The connection comes from and its matching per-provider settings class, the same way Vision.Describe() is configured.
The dedicated form-field detect+extract model. Each page is sent once and the model returns every field's box, type, label, description, value, and group id in a single pass, fused with the offline detector's boxes. The connection comes from , independent of .
