What a NutrientTabBar hands its tabContent slot: the tab to render, its state, and the bar's styling.

The bar itself draws the tab's background, shape and selection fill and handles taps and drag-reorder, so the content only has to draw what goes inside the tab. NutrientTabBarDefaults.TabContent is the stock content.
