interface NutrientContextualToolbarDragListener

Receives drag gestures from the contextual toolbar's drag handle. The host owns the drop-zone math and actually repositions the bar (via ToolbarCoordinator.setContextualToolbarPosition) — during Phase 2 that host is the ToolbarCoordinatorLayout bridge, from Phase 4 the NutrientToolbarScaffold. Passing no listener hides the drag handle even when the state says the bar is draggable.
