getSkewBinarizationMethod

Binarization method for skew detection. Supported values: "default" (internal Modified Otsu), "sauvola" (better for poor contrast), "otsu" (explicit Modified Otsu). Honored everywhere skew is detected. Only "sauvola" changes behavior — "default" and "otsu" both let the detector threshold with Modified Otsu itself.
