If you encounter any issues with DWS Viewer API, you can contact us for support. When sending a support request, make sure to include all relevant information, specifically:

  • Your application ID.
  • Any errors returned by DWS Viewer API or logged by Nutrient Web SDK.
  • Any input files you’re using.
  • An explanation of what the expected outcome should be.
