DWS Viewer API encrypts all the files you upload, both in transit and at rest. Files you upload to the Viewer API are stored so you can view and manage them. They’re retained until you delete them, your account is terminated or expires, or we’re required to delete them under applicable law.
For plans where data retention is enabled, we also use the files you submit and the outputs we generate to operate, improve, and develop our services, including to train and evaluate our models. For plans where data retention isn’t enabled, your files aren’t used for these purposes.
DWS Viewer API also collects runtime metrics to allow us to provide a quality service with minimal downtime and to help us make informed decisions about future development. For more details on the data we collect, the legal basis, and how to request deletion, refer to our privacy policy.
