SpreadsheetImportFileFormat:

The formats a spreadsheet can be read from.

Experimental: the spreadsheet API may change or be removed in any release, including minor and patch releases.

sheetjson is listed here as well as on DocAuthSystem.loadSpreadsheet for the same reason docjson appears in ImportFileFormat: import is the permissive front door and accepts the native format too, while load is the one that only ever speaks it.
