Online converter plans operate based on a common subscription-as-a-service (SaaS) model. You can easily integrate Nutrient’s solutions into your SharePoint and Nintex workflows using the AppSource app or Power Automate connector. You don’t have to administer the deployment, as all services are hosted in Nutrient-secured cloud facilities.
On-premises deployment plans are aimed at companies that want to host the services in-house on their local servers or cloud facilities. In this case, you also have to deploy SharePoint locally.
Each subscription plan comes with a different maximum operation size and operations per-month allowance. The maximum size determines the size in megabytes for a single operation. This includes the total size of all source files in a single merge operation, as well as the size of a single conversion.
The number of operations per month is the number of individual operations carried out. Examples of a single operation include converting a file, watermarking a file, securing a file, carrying out OCR on a single page, and more.

Search for our app in the Microsoft Marketplace and select the option to deploy the app to your site collection. Some organizations control which apps may be installed via SharePoint’s app catalog. If this is the case, you’ll need to contact your in-house team that oversees the SharePoint environment.
Please note that due to technical limitations in SharePoint’s app model, the workflow actions must be installed separately.

Document Searchability is installed on a machine of your choice separate from the SharePoint server. It is a standalone installation.
For SharePoint Online or Office 365, you can choose between installing Document Searchability on your local servers or an Azure instance.
Yes. All our products are supported on virtual machines, including Azure and Oracle VM VirtualBox. Document Searchability 365 is a fully managed SaaS product where the product is installed and maintained by us. Furthermore, Document Searchability is available as a VM package in the Microsoft Marketplace.
For on-premises SharePoint, it’s necessary to install Document Searchability on an on-premises server. Communication occurs between Document Searchability and your on-premises SharePoint instance via standard Microsoft APIs, and the document processing is performed on the server where Searchlight is installed. No data leaves the premises, so there’s no GDPR issue. For SharePoint Online/Office 365, installing Document Searchability on an Azure VM ensures all the data transfer occurs within the Microsoft cloud. No data is sent to any Nutrient server, and we won’t see your data.
The subscription price includes comprehensive support and maintenance (SMC) cover for the duration of the subscription.
