These products will need to be updated to the latest version from our website to continue functioning normally.

What do I need to do?

If you’re using the products above and have either an active subscription or legacy Service & Maintenance Cover (SMC), you can download and install the latest version for free. These are found by going to the respective product pages, clicking the TRY FOR FREE buttons, and selecting the relevant product. Please note that updates for Tagger and Content Extraction aren’t yet available but will be released soon.

If you don’t have an active subscription or SMC, please contact our Sales team for assistance with upgrading.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our Support team, and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
