As of version 7.0 the Muhimbi OCR and PDF/A Archiving Add-On supports a number of new Post Processing options:

  • FastWebView: Enable Fast Web View / Linearization to optimize the PDF for output on the web.
  • EmbedAllFonts: Embed or strip fonts.
  • SubsetFonts: Embeds only those characters that are used in a document, instead of the entire font.
  • PDFA/2b: Output files in the PDFA/2b standard.
  • PDF Versioning: Change the version of the PDF file to anything between PDF 1.1. and 1.7.
