As of version 6.0, Muhimbi’s range of PDF Conversion products can convert many file types to MS-Word and Excel format as well(opens in a new tab), this includes the conversion of InfoPath forms.

Unlike PDF, however, MS-Word and Excel don’t allow elements to be placed anywhere on a page. Excel, for example, uses a grid based approach, so some tweaks may need to be made to your InfoPath forms in order to successfully convert them.
