Which model family enriches detected form fields, and therefore which flow runs. Explicit rather than inferred from the configured provider, so a self-hosted “Custom” endpoint that happens to run a general-purpose model isn’t mistaken for the dedicated form-field model.

The connection comes from provider and its matching per-provider settings class, the same way Vision.describe() is configured.

Each page is sent once and the model returns every field’s box, type, label, description, value, and group id in a single pass, fused with the offline detector’s boxes. The connection comes from FormVlmConnectionSettings, independent of provider.
