Nutrient Workflow Automation includes built-in themes that control your portal color scheme. Administrators can set the default theme for all users, and each user can choose a personal theme.

Built-in themes

Nutrient Workflow Automation includes these themes:

New instances use Nutrient Data Green by default. Users who haven’t selected a personal theme also inherit the default theme.

Setting the default theme for all users

To change the default theme for all users:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of your Workflow portal.

  2. Click System Settings.

  3. Scroll down to find the Theme setting.

  4. Click the Edit icon.

  5. Select a theme from the dropdown.

Switching your personal theme

To set a theme for your personal user account:

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Workflow portal.

  2. Click Switch Theme.

  3. Choose a theme from the Select a theme dropdown. The dialog shows a live preview with Primary, Secondary, and Accent color swatches.

  4. Click Save to apply the theme, or click Close to cancel.

Creating a custom theme

To create a custom color scheme that matches your organization’s branding:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of your Workflow portal.

  2. Click System Settings.

  3. Find the CustomTheme setting.

  4. Click the Edit icon next to the Primary, Secondary, and Accent color swatches to set your custom colors.

  5. Nutrient Workflow Automation suggests colors based on your organization’s logo. Select a color swatch to open a menu. Then apply that color to Primary, Secondary, or Accent.

  6. Click Save to apply your custom theme, or click Close to cancel.
