On-the-job training

Workplace or on-the-job training is a customized training program offered onsite to help employees learn new skills to advance their skillsets. Typically, employees are paired with a trained colleague during the training for guidance and support.
This process app can be used by employers wanting to offer on-the-job training. Requesters begin by selecting their desired course. They’ll be assigned a trainer, the trainer will evaluate them after their time together, and after the trainee performs a self-evaluation, the process will end. Another task already integrated with this process app is the ability to sync up with your database based on the assessments performed by the trainer and trainee.
Along with the other tasks, notifications are set up throughout the process to go to the appropriate recipients, and all of this process can be customized to your organization’s standards and training offered.
