Business card order

This business card request begins with an initial form that the requester fills out to provide all the necessary information they’d like to see included on their business cards, such as their name, job title, company name, phone number, email address, and other relevant contact information. Once the form has been submitted, Workflow Automation creates a proof of the business card. The proof is then emailed to the requester for approval or to make changes. After the requester approves the final design, the proof is sent to their manager for approval. The manager reviews the design to ensure it aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and approves it for printing. Once the manager approves the design, the HR team can place the order. Finally, the requester receives a notification with the order information, including the expected ship date. As with any of our process apps, you can customize it to fit your organization’s needs.
