User feedback

Easily gather end user input within your Nutrient Workflow Automation instance with this ready-to-use user feedback process. It’s quick to deploy and helps drive adoption by encouraging ongoing user engagement.
Once submitted, the requester receives a thank you notification and is informed they’ll be contacted if more information is needed. Admins can review the feedback and either route it back for more detail, mark it as feedback only, or log an action taken. If an action is taken, admins can add comments and a date, triggering a follow-up notification to the requester.
