This process app was part of our User Conference Team Building Challenge and was built by Lisa Wilson from Hooker Furniture and Shahenaaz Sunderji from Children’s Hospital.
Using this process, customers can return items while providing complete tracking throughout the process, from inspection to refund/replacement.
